faulty outlets loud music
the hotel location proved acceptable. it was conveniently close to both the beach and the main street.
the power outlets in my room were faulty. devices would not charge correctly, as plugs kept falling out. loud music from the hotel at night made sleeping difficult.

faulty outlets loud music
The power outlets were a real problem. they did not hold the plug properly, so charging devices was difficult. i had to engineer a solution to get one to work. the air conditioning in room 611 also did not function correctly. It initially emitted a burned plastic smell and then stopped working after about ten minutes. loud music was played from the hotel in the evening, even when few people were outside. It made sleeping difficult after long trips to cairo, jordan, and mt. sinai.

wonderful stay
early check-in night show clean room free beach
The staff helped me check in early. My room had a nice view for the night show. The room was clean. It also was professionally equipped.. everything was in order. The hotel supplied free entrance to the beach, which i used and found to be very peaceful.
The power outlets did not hold my plug properly, so charging my devices was a bit of an effort.

The reception staff were helpful and polite. They assisted with taxis and directions efficiently. The food and beverage manager, osama, accommodated my special diet with care, doing an excellent job to meet my needs.

The room was cleaned daily by friendly housekeeping staff. The room was spacious. I appreciated the tidiness maintained throughout my stay. This contributed to a relaxing hotel experience.
